Senior Claims Analyst

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Claims Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida. As Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology capabilities, leveraging your skills in areas such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, and Agile Scrum. Responsibilities Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in current business processes and propose effective solutions. Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and to track and resolve issues. Employ Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate the development and implementation of business solutions. Manage and manipulate databases to support decision-making processes and enhance business performance. Utilize EO/IR systems to analyze and interpret data and generate insightful reports. Perform AB Testing to optimize the performance of business processes and systems. Develop and manage Business Requirement Documents to align business needs with technological capabilities. Administer claim processing and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Use Actuate Eclipse BIRT and Eclipse IDE for report generation and application development. Manage Business Process Functions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Requirements Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as an Analyst. Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required. Familiarity with Eclipse Ide and Eclipse tools is necessary. Experience in Claims Processing and Claims audits is beneficial. Must have experience with CRM systems. Familiarity with Database management is essential. Experience with EO/IR systems is beneficial. Ability to conduct Gap Analysis is required. Knowledge in AB Testing is necessary. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies is preferred. Understanding of Business Process Functions is essential. Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Document is a must. Experience in Claim Administration is beneficial.
