Coach and train store sales representatives through role plays and side-by-side selling
Support local marketing events and onsite retailer table day events
Conduct local and regional trainings for dealers, master agent partners, and internal teams
Drive marketing campaigns and maintain Gen Mobile brand standards at retail stores
Make and receive daily calls to assist stores and resolve dealer escalations
Implement plans to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert product knowledge
Skills, Experience and RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
Wireless sales experience required, indirect sales or pre-paid experience preferred
Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment
Be available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours
Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives
Ability to travel to multiple regions, conduct trainings and work with multiple teams
Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work well individually and as a member of a team
Must feel comfortable presenting and speaking to a team
Bilingual Spanish required
Must live in greater Miami
