Description If you excel at managing various administrative tasks, Robert Half has an opening for an Executive Assistant. This role involves working with a strong management team in a challenging yet friendly environment. The position is located in Miami and offers long-term contract/temporary-to-hire employment.Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management

Managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments

Arranging travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation

Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

Screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and requests

Organizing and maintaining executive files and records

Assisting in preparing and reviewing documents and reports

Handling confidential information with discretion

Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Managing administrative tasks such as expense reports and budget tracking

Assisting in planning and coordinating company events and meetings

Conducting research and gathering data for executive decision-making

Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Performing ad hoc tasks and supporting special projects as required

Upholding a professional and positive image of the executive office

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in office software and communication tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and email.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives and colleagues.
