We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and social events. The ideal candidate will work closely with our events team to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, liaise with vendors, and ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.Prepare and maintain event materials, schedules, and documentation.Manage event setup, registration, and guest services.Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities proceed as planned.Provide on-site support during events, addressing issues promptly.Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting.
