Director, Visa Direct Global Strategy & Operations

Visa Direct facilitates domestic and cross-border money movement, enabling clients to collect, convert, hold and send funds to more than 11 billion cards, bank accounts and digital wallets across over 195 countries and territories. Visa Direct enables person-to-person (P2P) payments, account-to-account (A2A) transfers, funds disbursements (business and government payouts to individuals or small businesses), among other use cases.The Director will be a member of the Visa Direct Global Strategy & Operations team. The team plays a key role in shaping the multi-year strategy, leading strategic initiatives, and providing business insights for Visa Direct. Responsibilities include:Leading strategic, cross-functional projects across a range of business topics, e.g., exploring underserved client segments or new business modelsDeveloping insights on key market trends and client needs to inform strategic priorities and investment areasTranslating strategies into tangible action plans and supporting functional owners with executionArticulating our business strategy and progress to both internal and external audiencesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with global and regional Visa Direct teams to ensure alignment of objectives and effortsSupporting ongoing business operations (e.g., objective setting, business reviews) as needed.This is a hybrid position.
