Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary
Assisting customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and technical support
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking
Documenting and maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and contributing to team success
Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software or CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and eagerness to go above and beyond to satisfy customers
