Description We are seeking an Asset Servicing Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. The role involves managing bank balances, overseeing the release of funded wires, credits, and commissions to merchants and brokers, and maintaining excellent communication with all staff about potential issues and changes based on policy agreements. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage both domestic and international bank balances Oversee the release of funded wires, credits, and commissions to merchants and brokers Communicate proactively with staff members about potential issues and changes based on policy agreements Research, analyze, and resolve contractual issues in coordination with merchants and internal departments while maintaining the integrity of all company processes and policies Address contracts, commission, and payment-related discrepancies with the clientele Create general standard operating procedures and oversee the training of new hires Prepare detailed-oriented documents for financial investors Use Microsoft Excel, Computer Data Entry, and other skills to carry out Month-end Close Activities, Account Analysis, and Debt Repayment Maintain a high level of organization and show a willingness to learn Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Computer Data Entry Understanding of Funding processes Knowledge of Debt Repayment strategies Proven ability in Account Analysis Familiarity with Month-end Close Activities High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and trustworthiness Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and develop new skills Strong multitasking abilities.Please apply online or contact 305-504-5029 BrendaRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
