Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Miami, Florida. This role involves working in the industry, with key responsibilities including maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain detailed and precise customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use software tools such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry tasks Perform Accounts Payable (AP) tasks such as coding invoices and check runs Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks Handle tasks related to General Ledger (GL) Entries/Reconciliations Manage company assets in a responsible manner Requirements Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and methodologies Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with check runs procedures Skilled in coding invoices for various business functions Strong data entry skills ensuring accuracy and efficiency Expertise in invoice processing, from receipt to payment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis Knowledge of Oracle financial software for business operations Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management Familiarity with SAP for enterprise resource planning and data management.Please apply online or contact Brenda 305-504-5029Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
