Examine invoices to ensure they have the correct documentation and approval before processing payments.
Accurately handle invoices, expense reports, and payments promptly.
Verify account payable transactions, resolve any discrepancies, and maintain accurate records to prevent overpayment.
Address any uncertainties regarding invoice items prior to vendor payment.
Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including coding, matching, and entering vendor invoices.
Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
