Description Robert Half is offering a contract-to-permanent role for an Accounts Receivable Analyst based in the Midtown area of Miami, Florida. This Accounts Receivable Analyst role entails the analysis of timesheet billing and invoices in the context of a contract employment opportunity. The position is set within the architecture design industry. Responsibilities: Analyze and process timesheet billing and invoices Utilize accounting software, specifically QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, to maintain and update financial records Regularly perform cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in billing and invoicing processes Maintain and update customer credit records Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Ensure all financial data is entered accurately into the system Regularly communicate with customers to resolve credit inquiries Collaborate with other teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in all financial tasks.Requirements Must have a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including pivot tables, vlookup, and other advanced functions. Experience with QuickBooks software is necessary for managing financial data. Should be able to accurately enter invoices and manage billing procedures. Familiarity with Architecture Design is a plus, but not a requirement. Should be capable of conducting Cash Flow Analysis to ensure the company's financial health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with clients and internal teams. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. Previous experience in similar role or financial sector will be advantageous. Must adhere to confidentiality and data protection procedures. Professional certification in Accounting or related field will be considered a plus. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Should have a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. Strong organizational skills are required to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
