Secure Asset Management is currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service/Collections Agents. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for account recovery, client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment arrangements.
Investigating and resolving discrepancies in account records
Documenting all communication with customers regarding their accounts
Recommending further actions such as legal proceedings or credit bureau reporting if necessary
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries effectively.
Negotiating payment arrangements and collecting overdue payments in accordance with company policies.
Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Following up with customers to ensure payment arrangements are being met.
Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding account recovery
Collaborating with other departments such as legal or collections when needed
Keeping up to date with industry regulations and best practices in account recovery.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with account-related inquiries
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborating with other departments such as legal or collections when needed
Keeping up to date with industry regulations and best practices in account recovery.
1-3 years previous experience in customer service and collections is preferred, not required.
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) highly desirable but not required.
Updating account information and maintaining accurate records
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay Rate: $16-$19 hourly + Commission.
Hours: 9:00 am-5:00pm Monday- Friday
Location: On-Site Sunrise, Florida
