The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is located on-site at our Fairfax, Virginia, headquarters location with occasional overnight travel to our Melbourne, Florida, office; our contract manufacturing facility in Baltimore, Maryland; and various customer sites as required.Responsibilities:The selected candidate will be responsible for executing research and development of complex SIGINT, EW, radar, communications and other RF mission systems. Duties involve aspects of software and systems engineering, including requirements analysis and specification, software design, implementation and integration, testing, and installation. Candidate will also build, test, and deploy hardware components; troubleshoot problems to isolate defects at the unit and system level; implement and deploy solutions; support of the system configuration to include test equipment and hardware components; develop test plans, cases, and procedures; and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance, due to contract requirement.

3+ years of software or systems integration and testing experience

1+ years of experience developing and troubleshooting in LINUX based environments.

1+ years of experience in software engineering with digital signal processing, algorithm development, modeling and simulation using C/C, Python, Java, or MATLAB

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent degree

Desired:

TOP SECRET/SCI clearance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact efficiently with peers and customers.

Familiarity with signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems

Understanding of Agile software development processes, best practices, and the bug life cycle

Familiarity developing and troubleshooting in a Dev Sec Ops environment.

Includes experience utilizing Atlassisan suite of development tools.

Experience with test automation

3+ years of experience developing test plans and generating bug reports.

3+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting RF systems.

3+ years of experience integrating hardware and software solutions.

Familiarity in system level cyber security and network architecture development.

Familiarity analyzing and decomposing system and subsystem level requirements to drive integration and test development.
