We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Supervisor for the Healthy Beginnings Program! You will be for overseeing the program, coordinating care, and providing guidance to staff members.Responsibilities:
Offer direct supervision, technical support, and training to staff, focusing on areas like developmental assessments, referral procedures, and navigating our program's care structure.
Provide support and direction to program staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and contractual commitments.
Conduct routine case management.
Manage data input processes and act as a liaison between service providers and partners for effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services (preferably in a field such as social work, developmental psychology, and/or early childhood education). Masters preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in child and family services and minimum 3 years experience working with developmental screenings and assessment tools. Supervisory experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole required.
Valid Florida driver's license required.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
Any offer of employment is contingent on the completion of a Level 1 and Level 2 background check and drug screen to company standards.
