Learn more below:Work you'll doAs a Technical Change Management Solution Analyst, you will support data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:

Align with our core RICCE values (Respect, Inclusion, Community, Commitment and Excellence)

Responsible for deliverables on the different components of OCM activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training)

Support OCM activities and alignment with the overall project timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other work streams as required

Execute ideas and concepts effectively at times under pressure and with tight deadlines

Support, develop and deploy OCM activities as required by the project, such as but not limited to, drafting communication materials, creating, and delivering training materials, implementing workforce transition plans and readiness surveys

Trouble-shoot and problem-solve effectively to meet objectives

Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

The TeamThe Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, instructional design, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience

1+ years of hands-on/applied experience supporting organizational change management initiatives (communications, training, change readiness assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements in a relevant industry or consulting environment

Demonstrated communications and/or change management experience

Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking

Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development tools (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred:

2+ years of hands-on/applied experience supporting organizational change management initiatives (communications, training, change readiness assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements in a relevant industry or consulting environment

Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience on technology implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, Salesforce.com, Workday, SuccessFactors, custom solutions), in a relevant industry or consulting environment

Project Management support and Work Plan development experience

Risk and issue management background
