EZ Contracting LLC is a Central Florida full-service site development company. Our services Includes land clearing and grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt. We are currently hiring a Utility Pipe Superintendent for projects throughout Central Florida.
The superintendent's responsibilities include managing staff, project management, and ordering needed supplies for construction. To be successful as a superintendent you should have excellent communication skills and natural leadership abilities. A good superintendent manages construction schedules and site activities on time and efficiently.
- The Utility Pipe Superintendent must have experience with managing multiple crews installing sewer, water, fireline and storm drain.
- Must be experienced in quality control and testing and training of new crew members.
- Must have knowledge of local specifications, blueprints, and survey.
- Will work closely with General Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure projects are meeting budgets, schedules, and built per engineering plans.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team of workers.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects.
