Pipe Foreman Requirements:
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Supervise and manage construction crew.
- Oversee and direct pipe crew installation.
- Set Lazer beam.
- Understand soil and pipe bedding.
- Backfill and compaction procedure.
