Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience
Strong business acumen and ability to understand basic financial statements
Ability to create a strategic plan along with the proficiency to execute against it and deliver desired outcomes
Manage ambiguity by being flexible and self-driven to figure out what needs to be done and complete it
Develop advanced PowerPoint/Keynote presentations
Experience with negotiating contracts
Experienced with financial reports, models and analysis
Effective facilitation and influencing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills; storytelling
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years in marketing, consulting, strategy, partnership development, business development, product development, contract negotiation, or similar
3+ years of leadership experience
Familiarity with TWDC portfolio of products and services, including a working knowledge of Disney Parks & Resorts
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree

MBA
