The Square Grouper is opening a restaurant in historic Old Town Key West, and we are looking for an Executive Chef and a Sous Chef to join our team. We are a scratch kitchen, and make EVERYTHING in house. We butcher all of our proteins (fish, meat, game) in house, and focus on highlighting all of the fresh & local seafood that the Florida Keys has to offer. We have four successful restaurants located between Cudjoe Key and Islamorada, and plan to make our Key West location our best restaurant to date.

We are looking for an organized, professional, experienced individual who has the skillset to run the best new restaurant in Key West. Duties would include but are not limited to:
-All BOH hiring and firing.
-Working Expo line, with the ability to run all stations in the restaurant.
-Ordering, product procurement, inventory.
-Prep and planning of all daily specials.
-Maintaining highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization, and keeping our staff to these standards.
-Working hand in hand with GM to ensure the highest level of service possible.
-Tracking food costs, labor costs, and keeping all finances in line with company standards.
