Local Bar and Grill is seeking a full time Kitchen Manager!
Ideally we are looking for someone with a modern approach to weekly specials and new creative menu ideas.
Must have:
Proper knowledge of Food Handling and Staff Training
Experience controlling Food Cost and Inventory
Capable of working with vendors and placing orders
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Basic computer skills- Microsoft Word/ Excel
Reliable transportation and punctuality
