I am looking for a Temporary Office Organization Specialist to help organize my home office. This position requires a self-starter with previous office management or business administration experience to help create a more efficient and organized workspace. The work will take place in my home, so you must be comfortable working in a private residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and set up filing systems in an orderly and easy-to-access manner.
Sort through and file paperwork and office materials.
Tidy and organize office supplies and spaces.
Ensure all files are correctly labeled and stored.
Maintain a clean, productive workspace.
Requirements:
Experience working in an office environment, ideally as an office manager or in business administration.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
Comfortable working in a home environment.
Ability to work independently and proactively without much supervision.
Comfortable with organizing and handling paperwork and office supplies.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
9 AM to 1 PM (16 hours a week)
