Job Description: As a Moto Electric Vehicles’ Assembly Shop Manager, your focus will revolve around managing 6-8 assembly mechanics, ensuring projects are being started and finished in a timely manner while providing assistance during the builds. Creating a positive atmosphere within the shop will be essential to this candidate’s success. Conducting inventory checks weekly on Batteries and Chargers would be a common practice.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the key responsibilities of a Moto Electric Vehicles’ Mechanic:

· Shop Manger that reports directly to the President of the Company

o 6-8 Assembly Mechanics Will Work Under this Candidate.

· Responsible For Managing Inbound Shipments that come on Containers to ensure employees are safe and keeping inbound product organized.

· Responsible for Managing Outbound Shipments that go out to customers, making sure all loads are properly secured and safe for the transport process.

· Responsible for creating the workflow for the mechanics so no interruption takes place, and the workflow stays constant.

· Responsible for assisting mechanics with any questions regarding electrical or mechanical components of the electric carts. This candidate will ensure all components are installed correctly and all wiring is being done according to Moto Electric Vehicle Standards.

· Responsible for Battery and Charger Inventory. This candidate will make sure all batteries and chargers being reported are correct and will do constant inventory counts throughout the week to ensure all inventory is correct.

· Responsible for managing the 6-8 mechanics when pertaining to Call outs, Days Off, Etc.

Qualifications:

· At Least 2 Years of Management Experience with People Working Under this Candidate.

· This role requires a very organized person that can plan ahead.

· Experience w/ Low Voltage Wiring (Example: Radio, Speakers, Lights, Etc)

o Car, Automobile, Boat, Golf Carts, Etc.

· Experience and past performance when pertaining to being a mechanic.

o Car, Automobile, Boat, Golf Carts, Etc.

· Ability to work fast and efficiently without making mistakes.

· Ability to lift 70 lbs or under (battery weight)

· Ability to work laying down on the ground.

· Forklift License Needed.

This position requires tools. Moto Electric Vehicles supplies the large tools needed to perform the job, some of the tools needed would be:

· Metrick Wrenches and Sockets

· Drill/ Impact Gun

· Screw Drivers

· Tape Measure

· Volt Meter
