We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to work at one of our apartment communities in Jacksonville for IMMEDIATE HIRE NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
Must have a MINIMUM of 3 years of APARTMENT SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
Must be HVAC certified.
Must have previous supervisor (property management) experience.
Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Attendance is an imperative job function.
Great customer service
Multitasking ability
