Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician needed full time for 304 unit Apartment community on Southside & Atlantic Blvd - hourly pay is negotiable with experience. - must have good transportation, rotate on-call and own tools. Must have 3-5 years in the Apartment industry with knowledge of Plumbing, drywall, carpentry, some HVAC, electrical and appliance repairs.
