You’ll contribute to a critical component of our success while working closely with healthcare clients and internal teams to deliver innovative new solutions.About the team:Our team works closely with healthcare clients to implement our FIS Workflow Manager (formerly Macess), a solution built to meet the complex needs of the world’s health, life, and property & casualty insurers. You’ll serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful system configurations.What you’ll be doing:Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applicationsDefines product scope, objectives and requirements and creates detailed specifications and data models for product development and testing.Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc.Writes test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements made to applications meet client needs and application integrity is maintainedConducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests and consults directly with clients and may travel to client sitesActs as team leader for technical aspects of consulting projects leading sub-plans or small projects. May mentor, guide, advise and/or check work of less experienced business systems analysts and technology business consultantsConsults directly with clients and may travel to client siteWhat you bring:Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer scienceJavaScript & SQL experience is requiredSoftware integration and system configuration experienceIn-depth knowledge of FIS products and services and financial services industryAdvanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application developmentProficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etcBusiness systems analysis and consulting experienceAdded bonus if you have:Healthcare experience highly preferredWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
