Manager, Technical Product Owner

Description We are actively seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the development of technical products and services, working closely with different teams to ensure that our products meet and exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical products. Work closely with different teams to ensure that our products meet and exceed customer expectations. Use basic office skills to manage product documentation and reports. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Follow our competitors and the industry. Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Requirements Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Have a minimum of five years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a cross-functional team. Show proficiency in using basic office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Display a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Provide evidence of strong communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Show experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis. Possess a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into product requirements. Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Show a track record of delivering products that meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them to non-technical stakeholders. Display a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Demonstrate a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently when required. Be able to travel as needed.
