Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is crucial to our operations in the manufacturing and distribution industry, providing comprehensive financial analysis and insights to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks that include cost variance analysis, ad hoc analysis, and partnering with various teams for reporting, forecasting, and budget cycles.Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis with a focus on manufacturing and distribution processes. Employ various data mining techniques to derive insights from financial data. Utilize ERP solutions, particularly Dynamics AX, to manage and analyze financial data. Oversee budget processes, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Leverage strong SQL skills to manipulate and analyze financial data. Collaborate with operations and transformation teams, providing them with relevant financial insights. Partner with other teams for reporting, forecasting, and managing budget cycles. Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation. Continually monitor and analyze budgeting and forecasting trends. Maintain a commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role. Demonstrated proficiency in Data Mining Techniques is required. Experience with ERP Solutions is essential. Knowledge and understanding of Budget Processes are required. Must possess strong finance skills. Proficiency in SQL is necessary. Experience with Dynamics Ax is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Variance Analysis is required. Strong skills in Budgeting and Forecasting are essential.
