Description About the RoleAre you a maestro of organization, a whiz with communication, and passionate about seeing software projects come to life? Then step into the role of Software Project Coordinator! As the lynchpin of our development team, you'll be the one keeping all the moving pieces in sync, ensuring projects hit their deadlines, stay within budget, and exceed expectations. This is an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL.Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, taking detailed notes and action items.
Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test plans.
Coordinate resource allocation and ensure team members have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed and implementing corrective actions.
Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the project team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in software project coordination or a related role.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
