This Contract Administrator job, which is located in Jacksonville, Florida, is short-term contract / temporary.How you will make an impact

Evaluate contracts thoroughly to ensure completeness

Administer contract execution processes

Field both internal and external requests for status of contracts

Manage and organize contracts database

Make reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis- Facilitate and follow the entire approval and execution process

Apply company contract execution policy and procedures

Negotiate terms of agreements for contracts

Lead the complete life cycle of company contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

Entry of contract details into company database

Produce a wide range of contractual provisions and administering contract proposals Requirements - 2+ years of experience in the specific field or related area

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

Proficiency in contract administration

Clerical Duties experience

Customer Contracts experience highly desired

Solid understanding of contracts

General familiarity with real estate

Proven knowledge of Assist Customers

Commercial Contracts experience preferred

Well-founded grasp of customer service

Requisite organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines

Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

Eagerness to learn new concepts

Demonstrated knowledge of diverse computer applications
