Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Jacksonville, Florida. This role belongs to the technology industry and involves providing technical assistance to our team and clients. You will leverage your skills in various technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Dell Technologies, and more to ensure the seamless operation of our computer systems.Responsibilities: Utilize your experience with Cisco Technologies to troubleshoot network issues Apply your knowledge of Citrix Technologies to manage and maintain a virtualized environment Manage and maintain computer hardware to ensure optimal performance Use your skills in Database management to maintain and optimize our data storage systems Leverage your expertise in Dell Technologies for system upgrades and maintenance Utilize Active Directory for managing user accounts and permissions Apply your knowledge of Apple Devices in a mixed operating system environment Use Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and availability Apply Configuration Management skills to maintain system consistency and reliability.
