Description We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related problems efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Set up new workstations and peripherals for employees.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
Document and track all support requests and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when necessary.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Assist with the deployment of new software and hardware.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
