Business AnalystThe Business Analyst supports the analysis of business and information needs in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working under close supervision, this job assists in designing system solutions that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Assists in the analysis of business needs, conducting of requirement gathering, and defining scope and objectives of each project.

Suggests solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

Assists in translating business requirements into application requirements, and works with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.

Communicates with client teams and explains simple initiatives in an understandable manner.

Monitors the costs of various system solutions and reviews project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.

Drafts technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.

Vendor engagement experience

Knowledge in commercial deposits, payment services, and/or financial centers
