We excel at bringing in new leads and have gotten to the point where we have more leads than we can convert efficiently. This is where YOU come in!

If you enjoy talking on the phone and developing relationships with potential sellers, we would love to have you join our team as a Lead Manager. In this role, you will be tasked with converting the leads in our pipeline. Plain and simple. The best part? They are all warm leads - no cold calling necessary.

This role is perfect for you if you have been looking for a part-time, remote position with a high earning potential. If you have an hour a day to sit down and develop a relationship over the phone with our potential sellers, this role will be perfect. It is all about the follow up in real estate, so you'll be keeping in contact with them until the time comes when they're ready to sell.

Job Title: Real Estate Lead Manager

Company: Kaizen Properties

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: Commission based, 10% of profit ($2,500 per transaction, 10 transactions per month goal)

About Us:

Kaizen Properties is a residential and commercial real estate investing firm with an emphasis on self storage facilities, mobile home / RV parks and small bay flex industrial properties.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with leads generated through various channels until they convert into successful deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with sellers.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and text messages.

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.

- Develop and nurture relationships with sellers to understand their needs and motivations.

- Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from lead to deal closure.

- Continuously improve lead management processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.
