The Wyndham Garden Hotel is looking for an experienced front desk manager to join our winning team. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is motivated, energetic and fun! We want you to lead our Front Desk Team to ensure the highest level of hospitality and customer service is provided to each guest throughout their stay.
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office guest services team. The Front Office Manager will assure guest service standards are being applied consistently and that all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and be able to relate to guests concerns. Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills are a must with the ability to mentor, train and develop staff. Must have a strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc. Must have hotel front office management experience and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
