Loosey’s is looking for a new Kitchen Manager.
We are looking to hire someone over the summer to train and integrate into our system to be ready for the start of the fall season here in Gainesville. This is a full-time job with limited daily oversite and consistent expectations in a number of areas including food costs, labor costs, cleanliness, organization, seasonal menu changes, daily specials & weekly specials and personnel management.
+ 40-50 hrs/wk (hourly plus OT, not salary)
+ Daytime and nighttime shifts (depending on a number of factors)
+ Some weekend shifts
+ Weekly and daily off menu specials
+ Regular food cost and personnel/schedule management with bonuses according to agreed upon standards
+ FOH/MOD shifts on specific occasion
+ Paid time off
+ Parking pass
