We are a general contractor looking for dedicated candidates that are skilled in many areas (but mainly carpentry) of the construction industry and willing to grow with the company. Must have TOOLS, be experienced, and have a valid drivers license with RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION used daily. Needs to be reliable!
Job Description:
Cabinetry install, Millwork Install, Misc. handy man duties
Attend team meetings for project reviews as needed
Lead by example and use a positive attitude to guide staff and sub contractors as needed
Site meetings with Supervisor and sub contractors as needed to ensure proper communications and a smooth process
Troubleshoot and remedy site concerns or issues as they arise
Ensure projects are completed per plan
Familiarize yourself with the BuilderTrend system
Create TODO’s as needed for employees or sub contractors for tasks at hand
Daily logs of each project including pictures of all areas
Enter information as needed including but not limited to daily logs, ToDo’s etc.
