An all around expert utility carpenter that has knowledge and working skills in the 3 - F'sForm - Frame - Finish is needed to join our team. This person should be able to "do it all". We are a General Contractor that self performs most of all of our own work. We sub out major electrical, plumbing, roofing and HVAC work along with drywall finishing, painting and tile setting. Our team does all the rest for residential and light commercial remodeling and new construction. We offer insurance benefits, 401K and job by job incentive bonuses.
Qualified applicants must have:
1. Reliable transportation with valid DL
2. All your own tools including compressor and nail guns, cordless tools etc.
3. A self sufficient and responsible and energetic with a "CAN-DO" attitude
4. A Smart phone and be email and text savvy
5. Knowledge of Collier & Lee County building codes
6. Minimum 10 years experience
7. The ability to follow simple directions
8. A desire for cleanliness and organization
9. The ability to work well with other trades
10. Patience to do the job right the first time.
11. Ability to be lead and train others
12. Trust worthiness
