Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
- Monitor and balance chemical levels to ensure water safety and clarity.
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and communicate with clients as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
