residential customers in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties. Our focus is to always ensure
customer satisfaction each and every time.
Salary and Benefits are to be discussed during the interview. A company vehicle, supplies
and equipment will be provided, with the exception of a smartphone.

Requirements for position:
Must have a current clean Florida driver's license - No major violations in the last three
years and must be at least 18 years of age.
Prefer one-year pool service experience
Self-sufficient to perform all daily work activities
Past experience or CPO a plus
Courteous and professional demeanor
Good communication skills
You must own a smartphone
Able to work outside in Florida weather all year-round
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Ability to work independently
Ability to swim
Must have excellent attendance
Ability to see and identify colors clearly
Able to read and write English as well as speak English
Good physical health and able to lift items up to 50 pounds without restrictions
Pools are serviced Monday - Friday with typical hours 7am-3:00pm.
Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain pools and spas, adding proper chemicals as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of all testing for inspection as required.
- Completion of assigned work in a timely manner.
- Leave job sites clean and neat.
