Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable operator with a strong background in site preparation, grading, and excavation. Ideal candidates will also have experience operating multiple pieces of equipment and possess the leadership skills to supervise a jobsite and crew.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience operating various pieces of equipment on active construction sites
Familiarity with commercial and residential grading and excavation practices
Experience operating excavators a strong plus
Ability to read site plans and execute work to spec
Leadership capabilities and experience directing on-site teams
Knowledge of jobsite safety protocols
