We are currently seeking skilled and reliable framers with the ability to read construction plans, follow detailed instructions, and work efficiently as part of a professional crew.
We’re building high-end custom homes in Naples and are looking to bring on qualified individuals who take pride in their craft and have a solid background in residential framing.
Starting pay is $30/hour, with potential to earn up to $50/hour based on skill level and performance. This is a great long-term opportunity for the right candidates.
Requirements:
Proven framing experience
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction
Minimum 3 years of construction experience preferred
