We have multiple commercial and residential properties and are trying to hire a "jack of all trades" to work full time for our company. Job description would be everything from light electrical and plumbing, pressure washing, painting, equipment operation (skid steer, tractor), general clean up, changing doors and hardware, swapping electrical outlets, fixing fences, etc. This is a very unique job as it will always be changing and something new. We have facilities in Tampa, Port Charlotte, Naples, and Fort Myers. We are offering to furnish a truck to drive and supplement gas. Rate of pay will be based on experience. Must pass background check and drug test if we are furnishing vehicle.
