Positions Available:
Screw Man: Responsible for operating the screed and ensuring even asphalt distribution. Must have experience in maintaining consistent quality and adjusting the material flow for smooth finishes.
Luteman: Skilled in leveling asphalt and working closely with the screed operator. Precision, attention to detail, and experience with asphalt rakes are essential.
Roller Operator: Experienced in operating roller equipment to achieve optimal compaction. Knowledge of different roller types and compaction techniques is a must.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in asphalt paving
Strong knowledge of equipment operation and asphalt materials
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to Travel and work long hours
Able to communicate and follow directions given by crew leader
