BP Roofing Inc., a leading roofing company in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commissioned Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, converting them into sales, and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
-Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
-Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend the best roofing solutions.
-Develop strong relationships with customers and build trust through clear communication and exceptional customer service.
-Prepare detailed proposals and presentations outlining project scope, pricing, and timelines.
-Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve or exceed sales targets.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the roofing industry (a plus)
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-Excellent negotiation and closing skills
-Ability to perform a roof and property inspection
-A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
-Able to maintain customer base and record keeping
-Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
