Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Respond to emails promptly and professionally
Organize and schedule meetings, including managing calendars and booking guest speakers
Utilize Google applications, including Calendar and Docs, for various administrative tasks
Manage and update social media platforms with relevant content
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) for document preparation and data management
Assist with light marketing activities, such as creating promotional materials and maintaining contact relations
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
Proficient in Google applications (Calendar, Docs, etc.)
Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
Strong organizational and time management skills
