We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing payroll, and ensuring office operations and procedures are organized. Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Organize office operations and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Cross-check payment details.
Process all invoices and check requests for payments on accounts.
Verify employee timesheets.
Process payroll and prepare reports.
Coordinate with external auditors.
Manage sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements and Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
