Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Schedule: Friday 7AM - Monday 7AM
Duties
- Provide direct support and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Specialize in dementia care and memory care for clients with specific needs
Qualifications
- Experience in patient care or direct support is preferred
- Knowledge of home health practices and procedures
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities
- Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time caregiver to assist a vibrant and outgoing woman with Cerebral Palsy (CP) who requires 24-hour care. The ideal candidate will be a man due to the individual's size and will provide support with daily living skills and personal care. This role involves helping with all facets of her day and ensuring she remains comfortable, safe, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, and medication management.
Assist with transportation to various community outings using the individual’s personal vehicle.
Help with household tasks and ensure a clean and organized living environment.
Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive atmosphere to enhance the individual's quality of life.
Be attentive to her needs and preferences, ensuring she is comfortable and well-cared for at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role preferred.
Understanding and experience with Cerebral Palsy and related care needs is highly desirable.
Must be comfortable driving the individual’s vehicle for community outings.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility as needed.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours.
