Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Position Overview: As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized care, support, and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, assisting with daily living activities, fostering social interactions, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and objectives.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes socialization and community engagement.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals in challenging situations.
Maintain accurate documentation and records as required.

Sunday (Cape Coral)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday (North Fort Myers)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Naples)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Saturday (Venice)
Hours: To be Determined.
Monday – Sunday (Cape Coral)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday and Saturday (Cape Coral)
Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (overnight)
Saturday and Sunday (Cape Coral)
Hours: 8:30 PM – 6:00 AM (overnight)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Fort Myers)
Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (overnight)
Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Fort Myers)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related roles preferred.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Train.org Certificates (APD Approved Mandatory) : Direct Core Competencies, Zero Tolerance, HIPAA, All Wavier Providers, HIV & HIPPA
$200 Referral Bonus per Individual that works over 90 days
