Responsibilities:
Cardiac office seeking a full-time, reliable, diligent medical phone operator who has compassion for patients. The position is responsible for providing a high-level of customer service in a team based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer and transfer phone calls for a very busy switchboard
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Take and deliver messages when needed
- Screen calls to ensure authenticity and make sure messages are communicated to the correct recipient
Qualifications:
Medical Receptionist
Prior Medical Office Experience is required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent Customer Service Ability
Excellent Organizational Skills
Professional Appearance and Demeanor
Dependable
Computer Experience- EMR
Reliable Transportation
Bilingual is a plus
