Floor Manager

The University Grill is seeking to hire the listed position. The "Grill" is a polished casual concept that has a long establish place in the Ft Myers dining scene. With a clubby atmosphere the Grill is well know for New England specialties, Prime Rib, great sandwiches and salads and one of the most popular Happy Hours in town. Position would be hourly and seasonally could be a potential. We are a dinner house only. Duties would include covering the GM's days of and working in tandem on weekend nights. Shifts would vary, but usually noon to close on GM's days off and then a few sliding shifts based on business. BOH knowledge is helpful. Send resume for consideration.
