Job Description:
-Managing hourly manpower/subcontractors
-Scheduling jobs
-Ordering/organizing materials for each job
-Quality control
-Monitor safety of jobsite
-Research potential jobs
-Hiring and/or terminating employees
-Fluent computer skills
Job does require travel within a 3 hour radius, Overnight stays may occur depending on the job however, not extended. Company vehicle will be provided.
Must be able to work on weekends
Must have knowledge in all aspects of construction
